Installing the Citrix and Tricerat Clients Go to Control Panel and double click Add or Remove programs
Click on Citrix Web Client (or Citrix Presentation Server client – Web Only), click Remove on the right side
Click Yes (if you had Citrix Web Client the picture below may be different)
Scroll down and click on Simply Printing v3 (or ScrewDrivers Client v4), click Remove on the right side
Click Next and then Finish (if you had Simply Printing v3 the pictures below may be different)
Click Yes to All
Go to My Computer and double click the C: drive, double click Program Files, single click on the Citrix folder and press the Delete key on your keyboard
Reboot your machine and log back in
Open IE and enter https://citrix.wvuf.org, enter your domain username and password and click Login
Click on Detect Clients
Click on Download
Close Internet Explorer by clicking the red X in the upper right corner of your screen
Click Run, on the next pop-up click Run again
Click Next
Select I accept the license agreement and click Next
Once the install is complete click Finish
Open IE again and enter https://citrix.wvuf.org , enter your domain username and password and click Login
After logging in you will see your application set (App set will vary depending on user’s permissions). Click on the application you want to use to launch the program
The first time you launch an application you may be prompted about local file access, select Full Access and Never ask me again and click OK
